Rental Rates

Security Fee: $100 refundable security fee is required along with all bookings. Assuming you leave the cabin in good condition, the full amount will be refunded to you within thirty (30) days of your visit. Be sure to provide us with a clearly-printed address so we can send it back to you. 

Cleaning: Cabin  is cleaned before your arrival, and linens and supplies are provided for the number of guests stated. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $47.50 is required for all stays for general cleaning and sanatizing,  and cabin maintenance, linen replacement, towels, and guest supplies. In addition, all guests are required to leave the cabin in good condition and perform a few minor cleanup tasks such as dishwashing, bagging and disposing garbage, cleaning up any spillage, and returning items to their original locations. 

Cancellations: We will give a full refund for cancellation 30 or more days before the first rental day, minus $25 processing fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment but the security deposit will be refunded. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Any cancellations must be provided in writing by fax, email, or certified mail. There are no refunds for shortened stays.

* Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. , exceptions will be made if  there is no back to back booking of cabin.

* No  firearms or firecrackers are permitted to be used on the property.

* Of course, no illegal drugs or other illegal activities are permitted on the property.
